Mrs. Charlotte Patricia Waggener, 70, of Thurmont, died on Monday, October 22, 2018 at the Kline Hospice House, Mount Airy. She was the wife of Wayne E. Waggener, for over 31 years.
Born October 16, 1948, In Hollywood, MD, she was a daughter of the late George W. Henson and Florence Daniels Henson.
