Frances Annette Dutrow

Frances Annette Dutrow, 76, of Frederick, passed away peacefully at Frederick Memorial Hospital on October 21, 2017. She was born January 13, 1941 in Frederick to the late Ralph Arnold and Frances Simmons. She was the beloved wife to George Calvin Dutrow Sr. for 58 years.

Frances cared deeply and loved her family. She was devoted to her daughter Debbie, who she called her “Angel.” Frances also enjoyed watching the QVC channel and Wheel of Fortune.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children; George Calvin Dutrow Jr., and his wife JoAnn, and Deborah “Debbie” Annette Dutrow, grandchildren; Brandon Dutrow, and his significant other Caitlin, and Brittany Adkins, and her husband Steve, great-grandson Avery Adkins, sister Nancy Lee Nash McMillion, and special cousin Lynda Hines.

All services will be private.
