Rosemary Elizabeth Morgan

Mrs. Rosemary Elizabeth Morgan, 87, of Frederick, passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017, at the Golden Living Center. She was the wife of the late Charles E. Morgan, who died in 2004. They were married for 49 years. Born in Frederick on June 7, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Blanche King Hiltner.
She had worked for many years as a seamstress for the Hartz Company. She enjoyed playing bingo and sewing.
Surviving is her daughter, Mary C. Wilburn and husband Randall, of Waynesboro,PA, siblings, Ralph and Walter Hiltner, Sherry Racey and Shirley Smith, eight grandchildren, Randall Wilburn, Jr., Charles Wilburn, Sr., Peggy Wilburn, Richard Wilburn, Debra Fronzaglio, Rodney Davis, Travis Kretzer and Darrin Kretzer, 16 great grandchildren, 11 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two children, Charles R. Morgan and Carol Payne, and seven siblings.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., on Friday, March 17, 2017, at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Rev. Warren Rice, will officiate. Interment will follow in the Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.
