Tracy, 50, passed away peacefully in her home Friday August 19th in Martinsburg, West Virginia of natural causes. She devoted her life to taking care of family, friends, and those in need in the community. She is survived by her husband, Donald Dixon, 2 sons, Zachary and Aaron, and 2 grand children, Jacqueline and James, and other family across the country. A service will be held at Keeney and Basford Funeral Home in Frederick, MD on Sunday September 4th at 2pm for friends and family.
