Annabelle Y. Cannon, 85, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away on July 3, 2016 at the home of her niece in Keedysville, MD.
Born on July 27, 1930 near Frederick, she was the youngest child of the late John Wilbur and Mary M. “Shank” Fulmer. She worked in the dietary department for Maryland School for the Deaf for 35 years, retiring in 1983. She was a member of Saint Luke’s Lutheran Church in Feagaville and a member of Feagaville Food and Friends.
Annabelle is survived by her special great niece, Melinda Hohnke and husband Brian Hohnke of Keedysville; grandson, James Heintze of Germantown, MD and many nieces and nephew, great nieces and nephews and great, great nieces and nephews.
Annabelle was preceded in death by her two sons, Robert “Bob” Wayne Cannon and John William Cannon; her sisters, Naomi Fulmer, Helen Snyder, Elizabeth Fulmer, Viola Golden and brother, William Fulmer.
A memorial service will be held at 10am on July 30th, 2016 at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick, Maryland 21701.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Saint Luke’s Church, 5463 Jefferson Pike, Frederick, MD 21703.
