Fran Lochner

Mrs. Delores Franzina "Fran" Lochner, of Frederick, died Friday, June 3, 2016 at her residence. She was the wife of H. Richard Lochner.

Born October 10, 1933 in Frederick she was the daughter of the late Chester L. and Emma (Miller) Grove Sr.

Fran graduated from Frederick High School Class of 1952. She enjoyed antiquing, crafts and cruising the Caribbean. Most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Richard Lochner and Kirby Lochner and wife Margaret, grandchildren, Maria Lochner, Brandi Lochner and Joshua Lochner, great-granddaughter, Klaire Simpson, siblings, Katherine "Kitty" Bradshaw and husband John, James Grove Sr. and Larry Grove and wife Deborah, sister-in-laws, Ronnie Grove and June Tucker and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Chester "Tommy" Grove, sister-in-law, June Grove and brother-in-law, James Tucker.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 7pm, on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701. The funeral service will be held at 1:00PM, on Thursday, June 9, 2016, in the Etchison Memorial Chapel at the funeral home. Guy S. Johnson, Pastor will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
