He was the son of the late Edilberto Macaraeg Ramos, Sr., and Lourdes Vercelles Ladines. Arturo is survived by his daughter, Marie R. Ramos, and sons, Artvil R. Ramos and his wife Maria Jiji, Arturo R. Ramos, Jr. and his wife Doreina, along with his 3 granddaughters, and 1 grandson.
Arturo will also be remembered by his brothers, and sisters who are living in the U.S. and abroad, along with other relatives, and friends. A memorial gathering will be private as well as the interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
