Mr. Francis John Harrigan, "Frank", 74, of Myersville, passed away at Frederick Memorial Hospital on November 3, 2015. He was the husband of Magdalena Quinones Harrigan. Born on March 26, 1941, he was the son of the late Francis P. Harrigan and Anna E. Kiesling. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 8, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, November 9 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 118 E. 2nd Street, Frederick. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
