Mr. Lawrence McClellean Powell, II, 60, of Woodsboro, died on August 9 at his residence. Born on November 25, 1953, he was the son of Lawrence McClellean Powell and Betty Agatha Bussard Powell. Mr. Powell was an avid guitar player, having played with numerous local bands. He was self-employed as a handyman. Lawrence is survived by his daughter, Sara Powell Modine and her husband Chris and his son Zachary Powell as well as a brother, Mark Powell and his wife Lynne. All services will be private at the request of the family.
