Mrs. Ruby Arlene Kline, 87, of Frederick, died on Friday, July 18, 2014, at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Roy Albert Kline, Jr., who died on June 17, 1996. They were married for 49 years. Born in Frederick on September 11, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Paul F. and Mabel Mossburg Fout. She was a graduate of Frederick High School class of 1943 and for many years she worked as an executive secretary and retired in 1989 from Tuscarora Plastics. She was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church. Surviving are her two daughters, Robin A. Long and husband Preston and Roslyn A. Martin and husband Fred, all of Frederick, three grandchildren, Craig E. Long and wife Sandy, of Severn, Kevin F. Martin, of Frederick, and Gina A. Dillman and husband Michael, of Frederick, five great grandchildren, Caleb, Ava and Colin Dillman, Madison and Ethan Long, also surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Rohrbaugh, two brothers, William B. and Paul R. Fout. The family also wants to acknowledge and thank the devoted and compassionate caregivers, Kellie Leadore, Kitty Gage, Sherry Poole, Julie Wheeler, Colleen Nagy, Mickey Cole, Rochelle Tyler, Angie Battaglini and Angie Bartos. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., on Sunday, July 20, 2014, at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., on Monday, July 21, 2014, in the Etchison Memorial Chapel of the funeral home. The Rev.
