Mrs. Ruth Audrey (Minnick) Stout, 96, of Frederick, died Sunday, December 22, 2013, at Northampton Manor. She was the wife of the late Samuel H. Stout III, who passed away in July 1970. Born December 2, 1917, in Nevada, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late J. and Lavinia (Farrow) Minnick. She is survived by sons, Samuel H. Stout IV (Carol Jo Black) and R. Mark Stout (Suzanne Gordon), grandson, Samuel H. Stout V (Yvonne Plantz), numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm, on December 27, 2013, at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701. All other funeral services are private. Interment will be at a later date, in Murraysville, PA. Online condolences may be shared at www.keeneybasford.com
