Mr. Francis Nathan Harris, 86, of Jefferson, died Sunday, December 22, 2013. Born June 25, 1927, in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late Jacob and Isabella (Cohen) Harris. He is survived by son, Francis T. Harris and grandchildren, James Harris, Zachary Harris, Dani Stone and Alex Stone. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Jacklyn Harris-Stone. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, on Thursday, December 26, 2013, at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be shared to the Disabled American Veterans, Washington & Lee Chapter, 702 East South Street, Frederick, MD 21701.
