Mr. Larry Milton Neidringhaus, 65, of Frederick, died Saturday, April 13, 2013, at his residence. He was the husband of Diane Neidringhaus for 38 years. Born on May 19, 1947, in Dayton, OH, he was the son of the late Maurice Neidringhaus and Barbara (Lee) and James Hannigan, Jr. Larry graduated from Frederick High School class of 1967, then served in the US Navy from 1968 to 1972. He retired from the NIH in Bethesda after working as a Fixed Industrial Operator for 39 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Kristy Manocchio and Laura Fravel and husband Michael, grandchildren, Timothy Jackson Jr., Damien and Maya Fravel, Alexis, Adyson and Sophia Manocchio, brother, James Hannigan III and wife Nancy, sister, Bridgid Knott and husband Larry, sister-in-law, Linda Neidringhaus, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death, by his brother, Maurice Allen Neidringhaus and son-in-law, Mark Manocchio. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30, on Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, April 17, 2013, in the Etchison Memorial Chapel at the funeral home. Father Miguel Mateo will officiate. Interment will follow.
