Robert Allen Ryley

Mr. Robert Allen Ryley, 50, of 6822 Valley Brook Drive Falls Church, VA. passed away Friday, August 27th, 2010 at his residence.

Born in Washington, DC on September 22, 1959, the son of Lloyd Allen and Patricia Lee (Evans) Ryley, of Eagle, ID. Bob graduated from DuVal High School in 1977; received his AA degree from Prince Georges Community College in Respiratory Therapy. He had also received a BS degree in Health Education and his Master's in Computer Management and Technology, both from the University of Maryland.

He had worked in several hospitals throughout Maryland and Virginia and was most recently a respiratory therapist at Iliff Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dunn Loring, Va and he owned his own business Creative Murals and Designs.

He was extremely artistic and enjoyed designing and drawing murals. His art work can be seen throughout many business in Virginia and Maryland.

He is survived by his parents, two children, Daniel Erik Ryley and Brittany Renee Ryley and former wife, Deb all of Frederick, MD; one sister, Tracey Wehrung, her husband Tim and their sons, of Las Vegas, NV; a nephew, Philip Ryley, his wife Dawn and daughter, of Franklin, N.H. He is also remembered by his aunts and uncles, Raymond ( Buddy) & Barbara Evans & Family, of Folsom, La., Richard & Phyllis Clayton & Family, of Westminster, Md., Darlene & Jorge Martinez & Family, of Eagle, Id, Maurice Ryley & Family, Kathryn Butler & Family, all of Hillsboro, N.H. and Marian & Ernest Colby & Family, of Henniker, N.H.

The family will receive friends from 2pm until 5pm on Sunday September 5th at the Keeney and Basford P.A. Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick, MD, where funeral services will be held at 5pm, with the Rev. Timothy S. May, officiating. Interment will be private.
