Mr. Scott Allen Baker, 47, of Walkersville, MD., passed away Tuesday, July 19th, 2011 at Gilcrest Hospice - Columbia, Maryland. He was the husband of Melissa "Lisa" Ann Fucci-Baker. Born in Frederick on December 19, 1963, Scott was the youngest child of the late Lee Routzahn and Shirley Elizabeth (Long) Baker, Sr. He was a 1981 graduate of Walkersville High School and worked as a carpenter for a number of years. He was a member of the Glenn W. Eyler Post, Sons of the American Legion, Woodsboro; as well as the Thurmont AMVETS. Scott was avid about his Harley-Davidson and motorcycle riding and also enjoy fishing and hanging out with friends and family. He also loved his dogs. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sisters, Brenda Lee Watkins and husband Ronald, of Martinsburg, WV; Belinda Lee Baker Utterback and husband Steve, of Gerradstown, WV and one brother, Lee R. "Buddy" Baker, Jr, and wife Melea, of Harper's Ferry, WV.; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. He is also survived by his wife's parents, Anthony and Sally Fucci, of Oviedo, FL; three brothers-in-law, Mark A. Fucci, of Jefferson, Christopher Fucci, of Asbury Park, NJ and Steven Fucci, of Oviedo, FL ; one beloved niece, Danielle Fucci, of Walkersville and one nephew, Anthony Fucci, of Atlanta, GA. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm on Friday, July 22 at the Keeney and Basford P.A. Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick, where funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 23rd, . Interment will be in Glade Cemetery, Walkersville, MD.
