Mr. Anthony George "Tony" Monseur, 58, of Ijamsville, passed away on June 4, 2025 at his residence.
Born April 1, 1967 in Silver Spring, he was the son of Luana Monseur and the late Raymond Monseur.
Tony lived each and everyday for his Daughter, Mother and grandkids. Other's happiness and joy was very important to him and always cheered people up even if he didn't know them. His presence stuck everywhere he went and with the people he was around. Being outdoors in Harper's Ferry and the parks with his family hiking and walking was his favorite thing to do. Nothing meant more to him than seeing his loved ones with a smile on their faces.
He will be greatly missed but never forgotten because of the kindness, love, and blessings he brought to everyone. He was truly the most amazing man, father, son, grandfather and friend anyone could ask for.
In addition to his mother, Tony is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Monseur (Julio Mesones), grandchildren, Angelina, Stacie and Lorenzo, nephew, Logan Monseur.
He was preceded in death by his brother, James Monseur.
The family will receive friends from 4pm to 7pm, on Monday, June 16, 2025 at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick. The funeral service will be held 3pm, on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at the Evangelical Lutheran Church, 31 E. Church Street, Frederick with the family receiving friends at 2pm. Inurnment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church at the above address.
