Mr. Arnold Cleveland Cash, 82 of Frederick, MD passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on Sunday, April 5th, 2026 at Village Crossing Assisted Living. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Suzanne.
Arnold was one of the celebrated Cash brothers who excelled at football, basketball and baseball at Mount Vernon High School in Alexandria, VA. He earned a football scholarship to Salem College and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He went on to earn a Master's degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
Arnold was actively recruited by IBM where he had a distinguished 25 year career. He retired as the Chief Financial Officer of the Federal Services Division.
An avid outdoorsman, Arnold enjoyed fishing, hunting and golf. He also had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed sharing fun memories and playing games with his family and dear friends.
In addition to his wife, Arnold is survived by his daughters Caroline Cash and Holly Mitchell, her husband Ted and granddaughter Tori Mitchell, brother Butch Cash and wife Judy and numerous nieces and nephew.
