Betty Lou Reynolds

Mrs. Betty Lou Reynolds, 95, of Frederick, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025. She was the loving wife of the late Charles A. Reynolds, who preceded her in death in 2008. They were married for 60 years.

Born April 22, 1930 in Frederick County, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Lillian Fogle Cook.

Betty graduated from Frederick High School Class of 1947. She retired from Frederick Trading Co. after 25 years of service.

She is survived by her sons; Larry C. Reynolds (Lourdes) and Kevin D. Reynolds (Vicki), grandchildren; Laura Eaves (Daniel), Jessica Walter (Benjamin), Kaitlyn Andra (Gregory) and Justin Mitchell, great-grandchildren; Jacob, Matthew, Rachel, Sophia, Julianna, Audrey, Charlotte, Jack, Adelyn and Alexander, numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her siblings; Wilbur Cook, Elmer Cook, Raymond Cook Jr., Elizabeth Angleberger and Nancy Beachley.

The family will receive friends from 10am to 11am, on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick. The funeral service will be begin at 11am. Rev. Jerry Cline will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
