Clyde Edward Stone, Sr.

Clyde Edward "Pete" Stone, 83, passed on Saturday November 26, 2022 at Frederick Health Hospital. He was born in Frederick and was the son of Charles and Beatrice Stone.

Pete was married for 64 years to his loving wife, Joanna Lawson Stone. He worked for the Defense Map for his entire working life.

Pete enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing, golf, and softball. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Pete is survived by two sons; Bryan Keith Stone (Susan), Eric Stone (Kathy), One daughter-in-law Robin Stone, Four Granddaughters; Amanda D. Morris (Chris), Allison R. Stone, Alexa (fiance Charlie) and Cassidy Stone, Two Grandsons; David Windsor (Brittany) and Doug Windsor (Moya), five Great-Grandchildren; Liam, Quinn, Bailee, Hudson, Taytum Windsor. In addition to his parents, Pete is predeceased by his son Clyde Stone, Jr. and his brother Clark Stone.
