Dolores Lorrain Wolfe

Dolores Lorrain Wolfe, 83, of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed away on September 12, 2026. Born in Frederick, MD, on February 4. 1943, to the late Charles and Elieen (Grossnickle) Crutchley. She was the beloved partner to the late Eugene M. Kaufman.

Dolores worked as a seamstress with the Frederick Tailoring Company for over 45 years. After her retirement she also worked for Goodwill.
Dolores loved to play bingo, listen to country music, especially Charley Pride, and watch her favorite football team, the Baltimore Ravens. She also liked to cook and host for the holidays. She will always be remembered for her love for her family and how she spoiled everyone.

She is survived by; her sons, Darren E. Kaufman (Paula), Destri L. Kaufman, Richard Wolfe, and Timmy Wolfe, her siblings, Tony Crutchleys, Joyce Crutchley, Guy Crutchley (Pauline), Larry Crutchley (Joanie), and Sharon, her grandchildren, Aaron Kaufman, Timothy Kaufman, Jeremy Kaufman, and Steven Kaufman, Christopher Heck, Marissa Mascenik, and Emily Johns, and her great-grandchildren, Bodie, Joie, Jaxson, Kylie, Bishop, Kinsley, Whren, Mavea, and Kohen. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her siblings, Meredith Crutchley and Wayne Crutchley.

Family and friends can gather at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes, 106 East Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701 on Thursday, September 17, 2026 from 4pm to 7pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 10am. Interment will immediately follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
