Jeffrey Allen Stevens, 48, passed away January 25, 2022.
Jeffrey was born in Frederick on July 3, 1973 and was the son of Donald Stevens and the late Cathy Campbell.
In addition to his father, Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Plank, children, Cheryl Thomas, Lillian Stevens, Jefferson Stevens and Abraham Stevens, one brother, maternal grandmother and many other relatives and friends. In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by his step father and older brother.
