Jerome David Podojil

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Jerome (AKA Jerry) Podojil, on May 9th, 2026.

He devoted his life to family, always providing love, guidance, and support. Jerry enjoyed football, fishing, golfing, and created countless memories with family and friends.

He is survived by children, Jamie Lynn Stone (John Stone), Jerome Thomas Podojil (Adrienne Podojil), grandchildren, Camron John Stone, Landon John Stone, Gabriel John Stone. He is also survived by his siblings: Linda Luke, Sharon (Tom) Cole, Donna Mitchell (Roger Rhodes), and Karen Podojil (Jim Bailey). Jerry’s love and legacy will live on through all who knew him.

Family and friends can gather at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, P.A., 106 East Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701 on Friday May 22, 2026 from 4pm to 7pm. Inurnment will be held privately by the family.
