Margaret Eileen Boyce, 80, passed after a short sickness on December 31, 2025.
She is survived by her three brothers, James, Charles and Thomas, her daughter, Kathi (Michael) McConnell, her granddaughters, Sara (Joseph) Doherty and Lillian McConnell and her great grandson, Arden. She was predeceased by her husband George and her son Daniel. Margaret was born in Williamsport, PA.
Margaret retired from her career as a Special Education Early Intervention Specialist with Steuben County and later a Special Education teacher with Bath Central Schools. She enjoyed Genealogy, doing cross stitching, knitting and crocheting. She was an active volunteer in her church and was a volunteer early in her retirement at the Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport, NY.
Burial and a graveside service will be held in the Spring in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Hammondsport, New York. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (https://phassociation.donordrive.com/general-donations/donate), your local SPCA or your local hospice association.
