Fue una mujer bondadosa, cariñosa y llena de amor. Tuvo un corazón generoso que siempre pensó en los demás antes que en ella misma. Su amor incondicional, su sabiduriía y su fe fueron una guía para todos los que tuvimos la bendición de conocerla. Su sonrisa, su ternura y su fortaleza vivirán siempre en nuestros corazones.

La extrañaremos profundamente, pero su amor y sus recuerdos permanecerán con nosotros para siempre. Fue una gran persona.

She was a kind, caring, and beautiful soul. She had a generous heart that always put others before herself. Her unconditional love, wisdom, and faith were a guide for all of us who were blessed to know her. Her smile, her tenderness, and her strength will live forever in our hearts.

We will miss her deeply, but her love and memories will remain with us forever. She was a great person.

Ñeña was a mother to 9 children, a grandmother to 14 grandchildren, and a great-grandmother to 4 great-grandchildren. She helped raise many of her grandchildren, leaving an unforgettable mark on each of them. Her home was always open to family, and nothing brought her more joy than having her loved ones close. She loved spending time with family, sharing stories, and unwinding with her favorite novelas.

She is survived by her children Víctor, Jorge, Rosalina, Hilda, Marina, Estela, and Mayra, as well as her 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and her entire extended family and loved ones.

Eugenia leaves behind a legacy of unconditional love, strength, and family devotion that will endure for generations. She will be remembered as the heart of her family — always present, always giving, always “Ñeña.”

Family and friends can gather at Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes, P.A., 106 East Church Street, Frederick, MD 21701, on Friday July 31st, 2026 from 1pm until the start of the funeral service at 2pm. Interment to follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.
