Mr. Mark W. Cooper, 64, of Frederick passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. He was the loving husband of Karen Cooper for 43 years.
Born January 9, 1962 in Frederick, he was the son of the late Paul and Ruth (Cavell) Cooper.
In addition to his wife, Mark is survived by his daughter; Katrina Cooper, granddaughters; Anastasia Strauss and Milly Strauss and brother; Paul Cooper.
He was preceded in death by his brother; Richard Cooper and sister-in-law; Leanne Cooper.
The family will receive friends from 10AM to 11AM on Thursday September 17, 2026 at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick. The funeral service will follow at 11AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Moose Charities.
