Patricia Ann “Patti” Kelly Shockley, age 90, passed away on 9/12/2026. She was the beloved wife of the late Alfred P. Shockley, with whom she shared 64 years of marriage.

Patti had a wonderful gift for making everything around her beautiful. Her greatest legacy is found in the traditions she created, the beautiful home she shared, the wonderful food she prepared, the holidays she made magical and the many memories that will live on in the hearts of those who loved her

Patti was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, a life member of the Frederick Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, and a former member of the Green-walled Garden Club.

She is survived by her children, Patrick Shockley; Michael Shockley and his wife, Jill; and Marisa Shockley and her husband, Paul Allen; her grandchildren, David and his wife Katherine; Paul, and Kelly Marie; her great-granddaughter, Summer Celeste, her brother Jim Kelly; and his wife Carol, and her sister-in-law and close friend Mary Jane Sanders.
