Paul Hayward Biddinger Jr.

Paul “Buddy” Hayward Biddinger, Jr., 80, of Frederick, MD, passed away September 4, 2026. Born in Frederick on June 16, 1946, to the late Paul H. and Margaret Pearl (Hartsock) Biddinger, Sr. He was the beloved husband to the late Bobbie Biddinger.

Buddy joined the United States Navy and served for 4 years as a machinist. After the Navy, he would start his career as a carpenter. He would work with Dream Contractor, Inc. until his retirement. After his retirement, he kept busy driving for Car Quest delivering parts.

Buddy was a member of the AMVets and the American Legion. He was avid fan of college football, specifically Penn State, and enjoyed golf. Buddy enjoyed traveling with his wife. Often visiting Myrtle Beach and the Ohio Outlets.

He is survived by his siblings, Nancy Browning (Jeff), Audrey Fouche (Calvin), Terry Biddinger, Allan Biddinger, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and wife, he is predeceased by his brother Kevin Biddinger.

Family and friends can gather at Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes, 106 East Church, Frederick, MD 21701, on Thursday September 10, 2026, from 4pm to 7pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday September 11, 2026, at 11am. Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.
