Roberta Harner, 68, passed away Sunday morning May 18, 2024, at Potomac Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Born and raised in Frederick, MD to the late Betty and Ralph Ramsburg. She is survived by, her daughter Rachael Hess, son-in-law Steve Hess, sister Patricia (Tish) Nelson, brother-in- law Keith Nelson, 6 grandchildren, and many other friends and family. Roberta graduated from Thomas Johnson High School.

She worked for the Frederick County Public School board for many years and went onto working for Fort Detrick until she retired. Roberta enjoyed reading romance novels, motorcycle riding, karaoke, traveling, bowling, and golfing.
