Rosalind Natalie Nasher

Rosalind “Roz” Natalie Nasher, 85, of Frederick, MD, passed on Saturday September 19, 2026. Born in Frederick on August 13, 1941, to the late Ernest and Belle (nee Linzer) Nasher.

Roz was born, raised, and spent her entire life in Frederick. She graduated from Frederick High School in 1959. She would go on to graduate from Frederick Community College in 1961. After graduation Roz spent her career working with her father at the family restaurant. Together they built and maintained a successful business, “Ernie’s Italian Kitchen.”

Roz was a lifelong member of the Beth Sholom Congregation in Frederick where she often volunteered. She was also past president of the Kiwanis Club and a member of the “Class of 59’ers.” Roz maintained close friendships with the many people in her life.

She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Jacquie and Myron Schwitzer, her stepsister Arlene Falke, and many of her friends in the Frederick community.
