Ms. Rosetta (Rosie) Lee Haynes passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, October 30, 2025.

Born on September 24, 1952 in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Edward Ernie Pyle, Sr. and Dorothy Laberta Douglas (Pyle). In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Wendell Pyle, sister, Janet Mae Wisner, and her son, Bobby Joe Haynes, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna Travis and husband, Jeffery Travis of Hagerstown, grandson, Justin Houck and wife, Justine Houck of Hedgesville West Virginia. grandson, Cecil Travis of Kentucky, granddaughter, Ashley Travis of West Virginia, granddaughter, Nancy Travis of Hagerstown. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, Blayne Houck, Braelyn Houck, Bryce Houck, Benson Houck, Callie Jenkins, Miah Jenkins, Leah Jenkins, Hope Foster, and Gray Klipp. She is also survived by her brother, Edward Pyle, Jr. and wife Sharon of Thurmont, sister, Evelyn Painter of West Virginia and sister Elsie Ohmiess of West Virginia, and many nieces and nephews. She had a special bond with Shelby, her loving fur baby who will also miss her very much.

Rosie was a very hard worker and gave her heart to her many jobs over the years. She loved God, her family and her great grandbabies were the center of her world. She had a beautiful heart, and soul and would do what she could for anyone. Most of Bobby's and Donna's friends referred to her as mom. She loved classic country music, bingo and time with family.

The family will receive friends at Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick, MD, on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 12 - 1 PM. The funeral service will commence at 1 PM. Interment will follow at Clustered Spires Cemetery.
