Vickie Irene Carbaugh

Mrs. Vickie I. Carbaugh, 61, of Thurmont, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at Frederick Health. She was the loving wife of Harry C. Lambright III.

Born November 3, 1963 in Frederick, she was the daughter of James Carbaugh Sr. and the late Carolyn Carbaugh.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons; Travis Adkins and Ricky Adkins (Meredith Hammond), brothers; Petey Carbaugh (Sheri), Brian Carbaugh (Linda) and Damuth Carbaugh (Rachel), numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 4pm to 7pm, on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick. The funeral service will be held at 10am, on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be shared in Vickie's name to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75231.
