Mr. Anthony Lee "Tony" Higgins. 39, of Frederick, MD died on March 19, 2014 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. Born in Fairfax, VA on April 11, 1974, he was the son of Marie Higgins. Tony was a hair stylist, a father to be soon, and a true loving full of spirit person to many friends. Surviving in addition to his mother, is one sister, Tina Higgins and her sons, Joseph, Colin and Brendan, five uncles, Mike, Dave, John, Danny and Kevin and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his uncle Pat. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., on Monday, March 24, 2014, at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 East Church Street, Frederick. The family will receive friends from Noon until 2 PM. Interment will be private.
